Poem 2001- Rest

In the days of winters white
the chilling air can ignite
the burning desire to journey afar
to lands of blue sky and gleaming stars
Where yearnings warm at the depths of cold
to spring anew
yet so bold
upon the grains of shells old with history
where liquid seas beckon
come into thee
Afloat a warm yet
winter dream wave
rest comes to this weary slave.

The Economy is what the People believe it will be!

We all know- or those who really take time to notice, that the economic mood is set by the media. What they state and show to the viewers of television and the readers of news papers and magazines, comes with their self interest propaganda. (I call it prop agenda).

What can you do? Believe in your ability to visualize better times and this will come to pass. Concentrate on dreams, goals and keep on thinking forward. Don't let the media steer your mind from it's positive path. Put down that newspaper, turn off that television news.

I don't mean put your head in the sand! Find the better path. Move forward in the direction of your passion and find happiness in the every day moments. Be alive and open to the lessons around you there for the learning. Become your worlds own creator. Daily we live on the edge of consciousness and unconsciousness. It is a balance upon a sharp edged blade. The only difference between reality and a dream is your ability to believe in one over the other. The more of us who grasp our true essense will move toward awareness, and this will bring about great changes in the world. Choose bliss, choose happiness, go for peace and the positive light. The economy is what the people believe it will be! What do you believe? Make it happen!
